Policies


The pet sitter shall not be responsible for damage to home caused by the pet's normal activities.

The pet sitter agrees to be responsible for the care of the client's animals and home for the length of time specified on the client information sheet or itemized bill.

The pet sitter agrees to continue care for pets during owner's absence and at owner's expense until the pet sitter receives a call from the owner verifying their arrival home.

The pet sitter shall not be held responsible for damage to the owner's home caused by malfunction of heating, electricity, plumbing, storms, or other acts of God.

The owner certifies that all pets are currently in good health, and will notify the pet sitter of a specific problem, should one arise before their departure.

The owner certifies that all pets are properly immunized or will specify a reason to the pet sitter if that is not the case. It will be the pet sitter's decision to refuse the job, if the reason is not legitimate.

The owner specifically authorizes Carol's Creature Care to obtain veterinary services as deemed necessary by the pet sitter, and at the owner's expense, should an accident or illness arise.

The owner agrees to place an identification tag on all pets prior to leaving, or authorizes Carol's Creature Care to place their tag on the pets.

The owner agrees to be responsible for any injuries to the pet sitter as a result of actions of their pets.
